Except for the view, don't expect too much. I personally did not like the food. So I visited Eden woods for dinner and really liked the way the food was served in Eden woods. Trust me, they have greater rooms and services than karma. Room #305 bathroom in karma was not ventilated properly. It's okaish if you are spending most of the day outside than in the room.

We have been in the Karma Munnar for 8 days and the property is fantastic. The rooms are big and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Overall I liked the place a lot. The service is good from the hotel employees. Ashwin and Julie, 2 of the employees we can refer.

Nice and cozy place but the property is already rundown a lot with nothing much there except for the rooms. Rooms are clean and tidy and staff is courteous but there is hardly anything real to do as it's a very small property with not much around the town but only far away places for visiting most of the scenic places

Excellent stay Room have a great view they are spacious wash rooms are very neat and clean The behaviour of the staff is awesome. GM, AGM are very approachable. All the staff work as a team which makes their service too good. Food is excellent. The chefs take great care in preparing food. Food and ambience makes your stay very comfortable.

Awesome view The property is really amazing. We enjoyed this stay. It was really nice. The view, the room, the hospitality everything. I would really suggest, it's a best stay. The room service was very good. The restaurant provides the best of the local authentic cuisine. A must try!

It's really nice property with great view. Very clean n maintained. Food was good. Service was excellent. Thanks to all staff especially vishwas, jinu, jithin , Julie . Reception staff was also very good.only negative point is this property is 15km far from munnar. And here 15km is long...not like city... So for any sight seeing distance increases significantly.

We had an amazing family vacation at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had a fantastic stay with their friendly and attentive service. Accessibility was top-notch, maiking it convinent for everyone family. The restaurant buffet breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a variety of tastey options that satisfied everyone's taste buds One of the highlights of our stay was the room view. It was amazing from the balcony breathtaking views of waterfalls and the soothing sound of flowing water. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. Not to forget, the view from the hotel was simply stunning. Waking up to such picturesque scenery was a treat for our eyes and soul
